The role includes leading and motivating the shop team, managing inventory and stock control, resolving customer enquiries and issues, and implementing strategies to drive sales and meet business targets. Roles & Responsibilities Manage the Team: Lead, train, and schedule staff to ensure smooth operations. Customer Service: Help customers, resolve complaints, and ensure a positive shopping experience. Drive Sales: Achieve sales goals, manage inventory, and promote products to boost sales. Store Appearance: Keep the store clean, organized, and well-stocked. Cash & Admin: Handle cash, monitor budgets, and track sales and inventory.
